“We were looking for a re-energized ad campaign and needed to involve outside talent. We submitted an RFP to four designers, all given the same design parameters and time budgets. We unveiled all four designers’ work to the CEO at the same time. The designers’ names were hidden, so it was literally what grabbed us first and held our attention.
